This is for one New in box 750 Watt Mercury Vapor Self Ballasted 120 volt lamp... This has the larger mogul screw in base but requires no ballast....

This is a incredible lamp, a piece of artwork in itself....The front of the lamp is clear and the back of the lamp is coated white on the inside and silver on the outside to allow the lamp to act as a spot light throwing all of its energy outward......

I had a case of 6 of these lamps and this is the last one....I double boxed them all and they all arrived safley...

These lamps new sell for $380 each...
