I am looking for a high quality lab which can process 70mm black and white motion film.....Any suggestions?

I think the big name in 70mm motion picture processing is Consolidated Film Industries.

&0mm Motion pictures are normally SHOT on 65mm negative film, then printed on 70mm perfed as 65mm with the other space used for sound tracks.

A quick check of the Current Kodak Motion Picture catalogue shows no listing for 5222 in 65mm so a producer wanting toi shoot "70mm" in black and white would have to negotiate with them. 5222 (Double-X) being the only current B&W negative Motion Picture film from Kodak.
