6 years after, how is the longevity of the new HC-110?

Many of us are/were using 6ml for each use.
And some adventurers are/were using less!
The smaller the quantity used, the more difficult it is to assure consistency.

I have also done this, but then I use a smaller syringe. (the typical syringe i use takes 20ml, but, I do have one that takes max 5ml as well).
They aren't that hard to purchase here at least, as long as I am not asking for the needle
