Decided I wanted a 50f2 Nikkor-H Nippon Kogaku version with an AI ring. Didn't care if the glass was the original single coated glass or the later "C" multicoated glass. Since I still haven't ground down the slotted screwdriver for use on the lens mount screws, I decided to swap the filter rings and focus rings between this H version and an AI'd HC version that I had lying around. Project was a success. Looks nearly identical to an early type II Nikkor-H lens, but with the AI ring and multicoated optics.
