I use the earlier i900 Microtek that I've had for 15 years at least. The later models are the Microtek M-1 and M-2 units. All have 35mm-120-4x5 scanning ability with the special film holders.

I've used my Epson V700 for 1/2 frame thru 8X10. These can be found relatively inexpensive on eBay.
