4x5 Nikor tanks

Hello All,
I am in need of a strap for my Nikor tank as well as a metal cap. If anyone has an extra for sale or can point me in the right direction it will be greatly appreciated. Also advise on how to use without the strap would be great.

Mine is missing the strap as well - I use a rubber band instead. Works great. I throw it away with each session, but you could probably even reuse it.

The jumbo 220 tanks have the same size lids, the reel fits in them the same too, so if you happen to find one, especially the two reel size, grab it. Makes it great for multi tank processing.

I have two Nikor sheet-film tanks now, one much older than the other. The newer one has a slightly larger, better tank with a brushed finish, and the older one has a slightly smaller tank with a shiny finish, and the caps are not interchangeable--neither the large daylight cap nor the small cap for the spout, so be aware of that, if you're hunting for parts. The reels are interchangeable, though.

One has a metal band, and one doesn't, but I've used a rubber band, and it works fine.

A rubberband it is. Considering i got 2 tanks both complete except for 1 lid and 1 band for 20$ I will gladly use the rubberbands.
