Thank you for this info. It’s pretty mindblowing that there seem to be no images or really even records for this thing. Even searching Google for those numbers along with the brand turn your nothing. Even more confounding is why a mask cost $293 dollars! Anyway, thanks for the info.

I wonder if you couldn't cut one out of a piece of mylar film or some other kind of film.
For $293 in 1992 prices, I could get pretty creative...

Not necessarily. $3000 in 645 body, metering prism, film back, and normal lens pretty routinely sells for $300-$500.
