Found 4x5 B&W film (ideally ISO 320/400 Kodak/Ilford) gently expired

Hi, I'm looking for some not too expired 4x5 B&W sheet film (e.g. 1990s and newer). Ideally Kodak TXP or Ilford HP5+. But I will consider other similar film as well. I'm based in CA 94010. Thanks!

Good luck finding some, there's a fellow on another site I visit who's selling expired film for more than fresh film fetches. I outright called him a gouger on his ad.

I've got a 25 sheet box of unopened TXP, c. 2006, pm if interested. I cant gaurentee the quality other than tell you its been refrigerated since then.
