Sold 4 120 rolls of 2445 Aeroneg, old color film, C-22?

Giving away some old Kodak color areal film 2445, I don’t know how it’s been stored or what it looks like, can’t find any info on it online easily. I got it from someone that said C-41 strips the emulsion off and I did confirm this, so I don’t know how to process it. B&W leaves a very brown base I imagine is hard to scan. I wanted to use the 70mm cassette it came in but I felt bad trashing the film so I rolled it into 120.
