Not sure what you mean, the blades are held in place withe screws and nuts thru the two holes.

I meant that these feet form likely the arrest for the blades, by this giving the location of the blades.

These razor blades were recommended for shaving. At 10 cents each (at least in US), they are inexpensive enough that you can change them frequently, even using a fresh edge for each roll. I don't know a) dimensions, b) if holes would line up and c) if they would be stiff enough.

All Martor blades are intended for technical use and thus stiffer (thicker) than those classic razor blades. Though the latter still can be got "around the corner".

This looks beautiful!! It would be amazing to see this adapted for 120/220 to 127... perhaps with an adjustment so the backing paper can be slit as well? Places like "The Darkroom" will return spools if requested, but not the backing paper. As with all spool film, the paper should fit the roll with the film slightly more narrow in order to avoid exposure along the top and bottom edges while loading / unloading.

Lovely work. It shouldn't be terribly difficult to design a slitter for 120->127. I wonder if even an old TLR or folder can be repurposed to hold a razor blade in the right spot, leveraging the camera's roll feed instead of building something new.
