I played with the calculator, and it does seem to be print magnification factor, as a larger number reduces calculated DOF depth. If I'm looking at it right (comparing to a hyperfocal setup I know well), it's linear magnification factor in percent (i.e. 1500 is 15x which is a biggish print from the default 35 mm). I input the specs for my hyperfocal settings with a 105 mm on 4x5, and the figures are very close to what I've used when I put in f/16 or f/22 and Divisor of 200 (for 8x10 print from 4x5).
