I received a bulk load quantity of unknown 35mm photographic film, and in testing it to ID it, I've found that it is coded "A514", which doesn't pop up in Google at all. Running it through HC-110, it appears to be about ASA 25 or so. It feels a bit thick to me when I handle it. I speculate that it is movie film of some sort, but wonder if anyone else has come across this product?

If base thicker , ASA is 25 and Film is Orthochromatic , it would be an old movie film.

I found an AS14 Film from Apollo Mission but color.

its 70mm film , AS14-66-9277

May be it means Apollo Space Program Mission 14. If there was a mission 14 after famous 13 ?

I should have mentioned, if the reference to HC-110 weren't enough, that it is a B/W film. I'll shoot some more and see what the images look like.

I found AS14 class film mentioned as color and bw. I think You have an very interesting film and can not wait to the results.
If I am not wrong Color Film used at Apollo Missions was Ektachrome 64 , I dont know any 25 ASA Kodak BW film but it was 50 years ago.

not as14 but a514 , how much I am silly , due to sleepless night. I am sorry Trask.

If you can publish a photo of the edge print, someone may recognise the font? Also the style of the perforations can be telling.
