Does anyone know where I can get a 32mm (1-1/4") diameter flexiclamp? Micro Tools does not seem to have one in their catalog. Making my own isn't an option right now.

Not sure what you mean by flexiclamp, although I imagine its a version of the type used in woodworking. Would a 11/4" or 11/2" hose clamp suit your purpose? Or cord or wire tensioned by twisting?

I'm pretty sure this is the tool the OP is referring to;

Looks more or less like these;

A strap wrench might work as a substitute. For example;

This one is at Home Depot, but there are lots of sources.

I know that the OP meant those sticks. But those leverd rubber bands yield punctual pressure by the lever. And I thougt a Polyester or such adjustable hose clamp can come handy too.

As it happened, the ebay seller nobbysparrow had a 33mm lens wrench that fit. The part I needed to remove is a threaded brass tube that is easy to ruin with the wrong tool.
