What are the white dots that appear inside the glass on each picture of the lens?

That was my first thought when I saw the photographs. Is that the beginning of "Schneideritis"?

It is the beginnings of schneideritis, but it hasn't affected image quality when I have used it. I would be willing to lower price to $650 if it makes anyone more comfortable.
