Yasuhara also one of the two creators of Sonic the Hedgehog.
 
There is definitely a Yasuhara branded lens out there, and it’s ostensibly the kit lens for this camera. The Chinese version of the camera was the Phenix (named after the company that made it), and its lens had the Phenix name on it as well.

The lack of copies with the lens on eBay suggests maybe the lens was sold separately, though.

oh yeah, thanks for sharing. I was able to find some pictures of that 50mm 2.8. the lens had to have been sold separately as I've seen a few NIB t981s and none of the packaging mentioned a lens or had the room for one.
 
Man, you couldn't have put this up last year when I specifically posted a WTB for one? Curses!.

Seriously though, what a great price! I tip my hat in appreciation of sales like this.
