Hey Simon, now that you've saved all that money by not setting up to make Polaroid film, shouldn't you be able to fix the 220 equipment now? :smile:

He's explained on these forums before that it's totally uneconomic to get a production line going for 220 film because its a very different process to manufacturing 120 film and the 220 machine is worn out. They did try to get others manufacturers to subcontract but it seems no progress could be made. It's unfortunate but perhaps we ought to move on and not keep badgering him for something that can't be done. At least the Kodak 220 film is more likely to stay in production if there is no competition from Ilford!:smile:
