20 years here!

David, I am 1/16th the photographer you are and have enjoyed reading your posts for 19.3 years. In the next 9 months until I hit 20, I've got a LOT of work to do if I want a resume like yours on my 20th!
Congratulations on your career, accomplishments, and longevity here on APUG (Photrio)

Sean, I have a lovely large home in western Kentucky (Paducah) that will be directly under the solar eclipse totality in April. If you want to go to my house and babysit it with a bunch of other APUGGERs, you're welcome to it. I have it up for sale and am not living there now. It has 2 queen, 1 full, and 1 twin bed. No bedding, no dishes, no silverware though.

Are you sure there aren't some lonely, lost and wandering boxes of missing darkroom stuff there as well?

I'm half the man you are.

Oh, don't worry about it. You've got a good signal-to-noise ratio. There's a few individuals on the site who will remain un-named in this post who have much higher post counts, but say very little of substance. And they've been here less time than either of us!

I'll be 20 in a bit over a month. I was reading the forums for a while before I signed up. It was a workshop that Les McLean did that promoted me to join.

No, Les came to Calgary and did a workshop with Eric Rose.

Ah yes, time flies. (Didn't someone here years back have a sig line "Time flies like an arrow, fruit flies like a banana!?")
Anyway, I'm just about 2 1/4 years from 20 myself. Have to admit to not being as robust as in 2006, but perhaps I'll make it.

So welcome back, it's remarkable how many have been here for two decades -- and sad that some great sources of knowledge have gone to the eternal darkroom in the beyond.
