2 used I/O Port CM1-2 camera mounts in good used condition. They do show some signs of wear on the clamps, but not so much on the tripod heads themselves.

These sell for $124.99 new for either the 1 inch or the 1 1/4 to 2 inch mounting brackets and I have one of each.

Taking offers; these are the Manfroto 056 3D Junior Camera heads bolted to a clamp with a 1/4 inch 20 pitch bolt and a sticker covering the Manfroto original top. I haven't peeled the stickers back, but I am pretty sure the original plate is still there.
