2 Graflex bellows questions

I have a Pacemaker 4 X 5 that needs some TLC before I take it out again.
Question 1: The seam at the bottom of the bellows has separated a bit. What type of glue is best for this repair?
Question 2: The bellows is supple but needs cleaning. What type of cleaner is best for Graflex bellows?

Rebond the seam with http://www.amazon.com/Elmers-E1014-...qid=1434393278&sr=8-6&keywords=contact+cement Elmer's contact cement E1014. Quick dry, easy cleanup, dries flexible. Elmers white glue dries rigid and is not moisture proof.
The bellows are vinyl. Clean with Windex and paper towels supporting from the interior then coat with Lemon Pledge, yellow can only, rubbing in as you wipe off.
