It's to be used with the PB-6 bellow to make the bellow higher above the rail for camera with motor drive or those with built in grip like the F5.

These are hard to find, very hard. I got rid of mine a few years ago. These worked great.

They're available on eBay for $110-135 + sales tax and shipping from Japan.

But still I can't afford that and my new camera doesn't need them. I would want them for the F3 with motor drive but I can use the F3 without motor drive. I would need them for the F5.
