Has anyone documented this trip on video? I'd like to order a copy

Aggie, not sure what happened with 'bebo'. What name did they register under? Thanks

Ian, I think she means that if anyone wishes to buy a timer that they will have to order direct from RH Designs or have Les schedule another trip and bring more than the one he has left.

Love this thread, I hope someone was taking pictures of all of these hijinks!

I just got home from my portion of the saga. I will wait for Aggie, the designated note taker to file her report. All I will say as a teaser is the day was very eventful, lots of great conversation and great times were had, as well as a near death experience for 5 out of 6 of us. A car accident happed up on the road above us. One of the card flew over the cliff landing on rocks 100 feet away from us. Everyone was ok, and of course in true fassion, none of the 5 of us even heard the car tumble down the cliff next to us

Plus, I've got some negs that need all the help they can get!!

Hey Aggie,
Just in my defence, going 85mph weaving in and out of trafic in the rain just to keep up with a red headed crazy woman is not my idea of sedate driving

Good grief! Well, I was thinking of inviting Les to address the Kent Island Federation of Art, but what with the damage from "Isabel", the loss of our oyster beds, and damage from the wind storm last week, I'm not sure we can afford him. (rim shot - cymbal crash - lol !
Nice report, Aggie, dr bob.

Nah!!

I think that, given the choice of driving 85mph ... etc., would be a welcome VACATION when trying to "deal" with Aggie.

Seriously. Aggie ... NOT!!

I *LOVE* the way you write. It is ... almost (???)... equal to your photography.

Either ... BOTH are GREAT!!!

Aggie,
thanks for filling us in on Les. I used to think I'd like to attend a workshop with him. I've changed my mind. He sounds much too dangerous to around! My next of kin would be sharing the story of Les oblivious while 10 feet away my trusty 5x7 and I were destroyed by a meteorite!

thanks for sharing your adventures, sounds like lots of fun.

Eric, are you sure we want this guy here in Calgary? Life is interesting enough without, shall we say, any additional interesting events...

This should prove to be interesting.....

Hopefully it'll be worth writing about :surrende:

There must be something in the water over there. I have survived at least three of Les's workshops.
