Ooooh that makes me feel a bit old, I bought this new way back then. Still have it and it was reasonably heavily used with some of the interesting stuff being tried with a small darkroom group of friends.

Somewhere I also have Simplified Color Processing Formulas.

very nice. A good friend sent me a print copy of this last year, just out of the blue. He has moved on from film work long ago.

Dignan is called at Filmkorn.org a legend. I must admit I did not even hear his name before reading this thread, and Google did not offer anything more than hinted at here at Apug's threads.

(Growing up in West-Germany meant having no access to foreign books and magazines.)
