In a recent video, I made a kallitype print from a 14x17 negative. This time, I took the same negative and attempted to make a carbon transfer print. Was I successful? Check it out!

Excellent video Andrew. You might consider adding a link to your earlier Carbon Transfer video - for those who want to learn more.

Thank you for commenting! I do appreciate it. @MattKing thanks! Done! @nmp yes, it is the warmest recipe that I use. I have one that is polar opposite, as well as my main one which is slightly right of neutral.

Love your work Andrew.
Carbon transfer looks like a complex messy process, but the out come looks stunning.

Thanks awty. It's really not that messy, although trays and sink can get black and ugly pretty quickly, is one doesn't clean regularly, like me LoL. A little hot water and all is new.

Thank you for the video Analog Andy, great print! You inspired me to head to my DR and make a carbon transfer, something I haven't done in many months.

Great video, Andy. You make it look so easy, and I know it is - when you iron out all the bugs and get a bit of practice. I now need to get some practice in. That's a beautiful print you made. Thanks for sharing the video.

Thanks, Rick. I hope you post your carbon print in the gallery!

I will when I make more tissues, I only had one left in my cabinet and the print looks (to me) over exposed (to dark). I'll post it when I'm happy with it.
