It's just one roll! Small box flat rate shipping is $8.45. Unless you're in LA and want to come pick it up.

I do flat rate shipping because I have a stack of the USPS boxes, I can print the shipping labels at home, and so don't need to wait in line at the Post Office getting exposed to whatever is the latest variant..
