I have a 14" Gold Dagor that looks just like the attached. However, I seem to have misplaced the retaining ring :-/ Upon trying it, the ring is a little smaller than the standard Copal 3 shutter retaining ring. I can't confirm through web search that whether this is a Copal #3S shutter or not, only it is an "older" Copal 3. I measured the thread to be 59.66 mm using my caliper, and the Copal 3S retain ring should be about 60mm? But I am not sure I am measuring the thread exactly or not.

Would appreciate any comments. Thanks.

Can't help, mine's in a Compur 3, but I'd definately ask SKG. He would also have the ret ring!

That's a 3s, which was standard on the Kern Swiss single-coated 14" Dgr. The very last version (MC) was in Copal 3, a shutter I hated. Schneider America merely marketed these.

Sorry, typo ! The last version (MC) was in Compur 3, not Copal 3.
