I assume you mean a "taking" lens and not an enlarging lens. I think I have one; will look this evening.

What type of lens are you looking for? General use? Macro? Portraiture? Where have you looked so far? What camera do you have?

There are not a ton of 135mm lenses to choose from, but there are enough to give you a choice. Fujinon made three of them with images circles from 200mm to 225mm -- plenty of room for 4x5". If, for some reason, you want a larger IC, it will cost a lot more. Most 135mm lenses are pretty small and light.

If you want movements, the Kodak 135/6.3 Wide Field Ektar is a fine lens. It will cover more than the modern plasmat designs, and far more than the f/4.7 press camera lenses (Optar, Xenar, etc.). I've been using one on my 4x5 Zone VI for as long as I can remember, and it's still a favorite.

There are also a billion 127mm Ektar lenses in Supermatic shutters floating around - and those things have pretty good coverage. It's not that far from 135mm
