As there are many pro's here on Apug, who, I'm sure know the right answers.

Can anyone explain me what the all differences are between Kodak 120 film with ref. 6043/TX and ref. 6049/TXP?

TX has a longer toe, so it's easier to use in uncertain lighting conditions. TXP has a shorter toe, so it's not as tolerant as TX of underexposure, but if you place your shadows correctly, I think it produces a stronger sense of line with solid blacks and nicely separated highlights.
