Where can one get some 110 film in good prices in Europe?
Fotoimpex has some, but its a bit expensive.
It doesn't have to be fresh, I'll gladly take expired.

There is one guy in Sweden that has some for sale. Unfortunately the text is in Swedish, but basically he's got one Pentax Auto 110, three lenses, one flash and 88 rolls of Kodak Gold 400.
The asking price for all the stuff is about €160.

Maybe he is willing to part with some or all of the film separately.
Further down the page there is a mail-to-link so that you can contact the seller (an envelope with the text "Mejla annonsören" next to it).

Thank you Jesper.
I send an email to the guy.
The camera is very interesting and by coincidence a friend who inspired the 110, mentioned it a few minutes ago.

I have two 110 SLRs in my fleet.. a Minolta 110 zoom and a Pentax 110 SLR. They are utterly worthless but I keep them anyway. If you have problems finding 110, Walmart in the states carries it. Maybe I might could ship you some or something.

As long as I find the product in a good price and the shipping is reasonable and hassle-free, I have no trouble buying from around the world. Its just that usually a European has less trouble buying stuff from EU or periphery countries as shipping can be very expensive even from the UK, let alone the US or Japan.
Which takes in account both Jacco's japanese store suggestion and the generous offer of Tommy.
If Walmart or Japan Exposures can sell cheaply, I am buying.

Speaking of which, an analog mate in Athens made a very discovery:
one of the shops has a bulk of 280 cartridges of color 110, expired in 90s.
I asked my friend to test one cartridge to check the deterioration of the emulsion and the whole toy camera look and drive a hard bargain for the lot, as no matter what, the store makes a profit for a product that should have been thrown away.

ari you could always buy 35mm and cut it down / respool
onto an empty / reusable 110 cartridge. i know there is a handful
of people who do this ( mostly with black/white film ) but
if you find yourself in a fix that might be an option.
good luck!

That seems to be a hassle but I might try it out. Reusable cartridges or empty ones does anyone know where to get them? I'm sure the average photoshop doesn't have them anymore. I might try the photolabs if they have any.

Peter

I sacrificed a good roll. It's a bit of a hassle, and it's pretty easy to cut yourself (though I didn't). You can find a description here: http://www.subclub.org/darkroom/roll110.htm.

Once sacrificed, it should be re-useable, perhaps not indefinitely, but I'd say at least 10 times.
