Ok I have pretty much came to the following plan... purchase 56inch x 100ft Ilford Warmtone Glossy, then in safelight cut 16 inches off roll with bandsaw, then cut each roll down to fit in paper safes or boxes.
I am now looking for 30inch x 40 inch paper safe if anyone is aware of one or two available.

Have you considered the actual physical weight of a 100' x 30" roll of paper. When it was available I used to buy rolls approximately 100' x 12" Kodak RA4 paper and even that was a bit of a handful to deal with when cutting individual sheets. I would think it would take at least 2 people to handle it before cutting or some sort of mechanical assistance.
I am not saying that it is impossible but just another aspect to think of.
I didn't realise that papers of this size were available. I'm guessing that this is for clients who use ultra large format cameras.
Not a helpful post I know, but I'm curious what size of prints your clients request

Bob, why don't you contact Ilford, as they are prepared to cut two of the other Warmtone Glossy roll widths and lengths to order, so they may be prepared to offer you what you need.
They do offer other papers made to order in 42" x 98ft rolls, so there is no logistical reason why they could not do the same for Warmtone Glossy.

I have talked with the distributer in Canada and B&H both cannot get it... but if I cut myself from 56 inch x 100ft roll I get a roll of 16 inch x 100ft , or if I cut down to 30 inch I end up with 26 inch x 100ft which I could use. I am placing an order for 2 rolls of 56 inch , I just need to confirm with old rolls here the way I am going to saw off the short end. I also need 30 x 40 paper safe if anyone has a link or know of one available for purchase.

The biggest I have enlarged a 35mm negative to is about 12 x 18 inches on a sheet of 16 x 20 Multigrade paper.
That was an FP4 Plus negative processed in D76 1+1.
A 30 x 40 print must look amazing from a large format negative.
How do you print that big?lateral enlarger?
Might be able to have someone build you a clamshell style papersafe out of sealed masonite or something similar. I made an 8x10 sized one for a design class when I was at Ryerson in the 90s that worked really well.
