the poingt above about available film does narrow the field. As to fairly rare and covetable devices using 35mm film I would add Zeiss TenaxII and Pontiac Super-Lynx not as flashy and versatile as later creations mentioned in the original post, but dedinitely collectible. the clunkers using "vestpocket" film, such as the Derlux and the VPexakta so not count, but are worth remembering.
