Some filler I have read does not even deserve the filler category. Other filler covers what someone new to the field with be able to use to start building a foundation.
I use 36 exposure rolls but sometimes I get 37 or 38 exposures, it makes me use more PrintFile sheets but I just chalk that up to the cost of photography.
All film companies which produce 120 film had the paper backing problem a while back. None of the companies: Ilford, Kodak, ... are bad guys, they all were victims and have addressed the issue.
I have had that problem. The film type is only on the beginning of some rolls, so I have had to load the film in the tank or rewind the roll in the dark to find out what it is.
