For decades I heard that during World War II the US Navy taught their photographers to fix in sea water if necessary, but I never tried it even though I a close to the ocean.
When I was in undergrad and grad school I would get a kick out of seeing someone sign up for a gut course [back then student speak for a easy class] to discover that that they had committed themselves to a lot of work just to survive the class.
Now I recommend the 50mm CF lens rather than the 60mm lens because the 60mm lens is too close to the 80mm lens.
If you do portraits, the 180mm lens is a bit pricier but I think is better than the 150mm. I have the 150mm lens that I rarely use since I do not take portraits.

Correct. Color paper and film can only be opened in the dark. Please feel free to ask questions, all of us were new to this at sometime and others helped us.
Sorry, I can only recommend based on my local experiences. I use Samy's Camera on Fairfax in Los Angeles and Steve's Camera in Culver City California with face to face experience and Hasselblad New Jersey and KEH Camera Atlanta for the remote repairs.
Now it looks like you just have to bulk load your own rolls. That means if you send them out for processing, you do not get the cassettes back and that just adds to the cost.
Mainly I just want the film that I asked for handed to my by the clerk. The rest of you can spend time arguing about pronunciations and splitting infinitives.
Come and ask questions. None of us was born with this knowledge and everyone of us has someone help them on the way. The one stupid bad question is the one that was not asked.

Many companies I never expected were damaged or put out of business by the pandemic and we have still not seen how everything will fare. Only more time will tell us.
So avoid the controversy by honestly labeling photographs. Some people insist at prints be labeled as silver chemical prints or inkjets or film or digital. One should be able to honestly talk about their work. Is that so hard?
