I have not found that to be correct. Ziplock bags properly sealed are not porous and do keep humidity out. I have been using them for storing film since 2003 and never had a problem that was related to the Ziplock bags.
Businesses that calibrate light meters with standard light sources are able to repair light meters that are broken or not acting properly. There are still some of these companies in the Hollywood area of Los Angeles. You can do a search of the Hollywood area and find them.
I have not had a 20 or 24 exposure roll of film in my possession for decades. I rarely ever had a need for them. I would shoot 36 exposure rolls or 35mm rolls or 12 ewxposure 120 rolls.
Now I feel left out since I do not have a Kiev 60. I only have the Speed Graphic, Graflex, Widelux F6, Nikons, Kodak, Brownie Hawkeye, Voightlander Vito II and Hasselbalds to keep me company. Sniff 😢
There is no way that every wall can tilt to the left. Think about a square or rectangular room in your mind work on a way to tilt all the walls the the left. You cannot, it is physically impossible.

Even stealthier than the OP's idea is a Tessina camera on a wrist strap. One can even have the tessina with a light meter on the camera.
