IIRC Kodak had an online repository with reference files, and some scanner/calibration tool manufacturers also provided some with their hardware. One needed the code (date ?) on the target to get the proper file. If not on archive.org, one of us may have the right reference on an old scanner CD..
As for Oxygen not accepting the K…..Q60 file, it may be possible to fiddle with the contents to get the file in the same internal format as that of an E……Q60.
