yes. same nvidia card, resolution at 2560x4320 and 23hz. same 8k screen. Is totally crazy now. I am about to try a new card before I send this back if the issue persists. I worked fine with the first one no issues.
I tried different power supplies, different hdmi cables and eventually a...
So my first screen broke the cable connector after about 1 month. I have sent to a local company to microsolder another in place but is dead.
So I ordered a new one from Sumaopai. And the new one shows these erractic lines. Anyone experienced this?
So frustrated and angry with all the lost...
I’ve spent the summer putting my machine together and, after finally getting through the software side, disaster struck on the very first full assembly test and the eDP connector on my 8K 10.1" screen broke.
Fortunately, all the solder pads on the board survived, so I’ve ordered a new connector...
I see...
I tried single exposures with my mobile app first but found out that I had little control over the contrast curve. I made a calibrator that allows me to adjust each new material and expose the image using several 1-bit frames in a sequence with the correct timing for each tone. I now am...
I got a machine from a friend but without any pc, software or cables. I have a winxp with pci and will try to source the same board as you have. I may need a different cable than yours no idea what agfa used but it should be here in a few days so I can look at it. I am actually considering...
Andrew, I read through your code quickly, but how are you achieving control and calibration of the contrast curve of the paper? I though your where exposing a sequence of frames but it seems that one image is exposed by a certain amount of time am I correct?
Yes. I have a little different application for this than regular photos, I but I guess the resolution will be just fine at the end so I have now ordered the 8K. I will start to work on this on a few weeks. Meanwhile, I will port my code to work on the computer.
Thanks for the input. I think you are right. I can start there. My worries where a bit how the pixel density being under 600 on my application but I guess it seems it will be easier also with the 8k. Looking forward to it!
Being a bit on and off at the hospital these last months but now am ready to get the screen this week. Looking at your posts I wonder I I should go for the 16k instead... I would love to get prints over 8x10.
I have got a newer PC for this but haven't had the time to work a lot on the code to...
I know is an old post but I am looking for one of those with the back film holder part. If anyone knows about one for sale I would appreciate to know about ::)
The app can generate a GIF sequence with 1 bit depth. I am considering trying to do it higher, maybe it can work for this. I can try to do 3 bit and see how it goes on my display?
