Unicolor 2 bath c41 kit white residue

I've been having nothing but troubles with residue left on my films with this kit. Now this is my first times processing color film, as a heads up, I'm asking if this is user error. I've processed 6 rolls of 110 film, 1 roll of 135, and 1 of 120. The powder was mixed with distilled water in...

Kodak planning to replace remjet on vision 3 films

Remjet has always been annoying to deal with, hopefully this can lead to easier and more consistent and safer home 8mm and 16mm processing of movie film with the standard c41 process.

    110/16mm Camera Image Quality

Nope, it wasnt light piping, it turns out, Vega's are supposed to have pressure plates. Mine doesnt, causing sharpness issues, and leaving a big gaping part in the camera that lets light in through the hinges Has anyone seen that before?

A new(?) point and shoot autofocus camera

https://kosmofoto.com/2025/05/analogue-af-1-release-pushed-back-to-late-2025/ The camera is delayed until at least November or December due to issues sourcing a shutter and designing the lens

    Orca 110 Reversal experiment (success!)

Foma do mention in the instructions of the kit that Fomapan 100 can follow the same instructions as Fomapan R100 I plan to do some 6x6 slides in the near future with it to see the results, R100 and 100 are quite different films, so I'm curious about the results too

    Orca 110 Reversal experiment (success!)

Noticing the "made in the czech republic" mark on the Orca 110 box, I went out and shot with the 20-40mm lens on my Pentax Auto 110 I processed the film exactly to the instructions in the Foma Reversal Kit, with no deviation besides using a hardening fixer for the final step Here are scans...

Try two at a "camera scan" with my new copystand setup, and an extra one, not bad for light leaking. I realize now it kind of looks like lightpiping across the film, maybe that was the problem? But who knows, I need to get out there and take more shots anyway.

A Kiev Vega 2 came into my possession missing most of its screws, a bent body. Using some generic screws and some bending, I managed to get everything to 90%ish percent working order It's a little funny on winding at times, and I couldnt fully get the bends out, but it does function. I...

A new(?) point and shoot autofocus camera

We are now in May, where mass production should be beginning, with no news. The roadmap is stuck on March on their website and there has not been an update on Instagram about the camera in 14 weeks.

I've picked up the Lomography DigitaLIZA+ for some camera scanning, as it supports 16mm and 127 film alongside the usual formats, I'm curious to see how it performs.

    The Ugliest Film Ever!

Fresher and better stored Lucky 1021/3/5 can be found on TaoBao, all of my developed examples had a completely clear base, but the film already isn't good without your fog problem. It suited the Sprocket Rocket okay, even though mine can't hit infinity. Here is some development details:

I use the Plustek 135i, it can work in a pinch for things below 35mm but it requires screwing around with Scotch Magic tape and fixing things in post Its about 9 megabytes per 110 .tiff Heres a full res photo, the details really aren't bad for a standard scanner, other Plustek models have 3d...

Film haphazardly taped into place on a Plustek scanner, I'm going to come back to this with a camera scan in a few weeks when my copy stand setup is complete. A poor idea to shoot with 400 iso film on a sunny day with the Minolta QT, but it turned out ok.
