Bought some +2 diopter paste ons from Amazon. They make regualr glasses into bi-focals but what I did was cut and appled to the pop up maagnifier. Not perfect as you may have to move your eye aro9und to get the perfect sweet spot. It works for me :). Cheers!

I light my darkroom with red led rope light. Lots of light and no fogging. I too have them on the ceiling. Cheers!

Just one other item I can think off. DO NOT change the shutter when cocked , especially the 1/500 setting. I was warned of this a while ago. I have since tended to change shutter speed then cock the shutter on the Rolleicord.
