water abstract

A small section from an overflowing wier which caught my eye.

As you can tell by the frame dimensions I applied a slight crop mainly to the top of the image which has a dark out of focus band of water in the distance. This has the effect of highlighting the 'splashes' over the wier. I cropped this out as I wanted to remove the space relationships and make it an 'abstract' which works for me. I put it in the Crit to see if it works for others. Maybe I should scan the uncropped for comparison.
