what size camera are you using or are you making large digital negatives. I wish I had the room for this. I barley have room for my 16x18 UV light box

I shoot medium format/large format(5x4)and then drum scan and output to make 30" wide digital negatives.

I sourced the vacuum bed from a company here in the U.K. which occasionally sells second hand silkscreen equipment. Apparently there are very few of these types of standalone vacuum beds at this size around now in the country. I then commissioned them to make the frame that holds the bed and the BLB light fittings. I was looking initially at Edwards engineering, but a similar unit would have cost around $5000 + shipping ($600) + import tax.
I could have gone with a second hand all in one vacuum exposure unit by Natgraph but those are about $4200, these are really bulky and you obviously cant specify the distance of the uv exposure light( point light source) as its fixed. So this was the best option.
