Another view down Ullswater taken a few minutes before the previously posted Ullswater II and taken from the lake shore rather than balanced precariously on the stones in this image as I was when I took Ullswater II!

Forte Polygrade in Tetenal Dokumol printed at grade 3.75, split toned in sepia

Very nicely done! There is such a nice rhythm in this image, the echo of tones in sky and water. Balanced indeed.

Thanks for the positive comments one and all. To answer Mattg, the print was all grade 3.75. I burned in the sky +5/6 of a stop and the two sides 1/4 of a stop. The polariser helped create the variations in reflections on the water and the bleaching required for split-toning increases local contrast.
