Matt, I use HC-110, for six minutes dilution h in my Combi-Plan tank. (8x10 cut down to 4x5) I rate the film at ISO 50, and seem to get my most consistent results that way. (when I remember to stop down after metering... ha ha) The filters I mentioned are the Beseler multigrade under the lens filters for my ancient 45MX. This film is prone to "oddness" and sometimes sheets of film processed in the same batch will display different characteristics. Jim F on LFF rates his at ISO 80, and I've seen on the massive dev chart that someone is rating it at 400 and processing in Rodinal for something like 37 minutes. Thanks all for the comments.
