The Andalucia

Recent image. An interpretation of the Andalucian region of Spain - olives ... olives ... olives ...
The whole scene changed rapidly over the 20mins I was there, then it was gone.
I realise the scan leaves a lot to be desired - unfortunately not possible to see the distant monastery. just try to imagine it.

John, this is absolutely stunning!!! I can see now why you have been so quiet on APUG lately. Looking forward to seeing more of your work.

Thanks very much guys. Nice to wake up to. Thanks for the suggestions. I've toyed with different ways of presenting the sky including a lighter rendition, and prefer the lighter also. Somehow I always seem to pick the higher impact model for APUG (must be worried about whether it'll be noticed).
Sean you're on ha ha.

Hi Giuliano, the 21 is orange. The ground around around the olive trees had a redish tint so my intent was to lighten it further, darken the olive trees and add texture to the sky and distant hills. Thanks, nice to see you. Best John.
