Porta 160VC

Hi,
my first color negativ film I ever shot, so I´m wondering about the results. I have never seen a painted look like this maybe its a result of the full closed Pol-filter with the way of reflection of the sand. I dont know. Scaned from negativ with Silverfast AI. Anybody else with similiar experiences?

Beautiful. Keep up the good work.

And there are those that say color negative can't do this kind of rendering. Ha! You showed them all!

Can you imagine how a Kodachrome would look like over there? Ha!

Awesome, the blowing sand and pol., but a little peanut butter never hurt.

Incredible. I've never seen a photograph that to closely resembles a painting. Very well done.

Markus it is the incredible sharpness of the posted image that impresses me. You will have to print it to confirm that the film, filter and camera can perform to this standard.

Cheers

Awesome image. Love the color and details.

How long did it take you to get to Mars to take this image, and can I come along the next time?

It is an amazing image.
