Photostock 2013 Group Shot

Many who attended this year's Photostock 2013 pose in front of the new workshop facility. Thanks to everyone for coming and giving it such a great dedication!

Special thanks to Ken Johnson for the photo!
Location
Cross Village, Michigan
Sorry to have missed this year, though so proud to be a part of this and see ya'll outside the new digs - just brings warmth to my photographic soul! @oolalajp - It's held the last full weekend in June (typically). Bill should be posting the dates soon for 2014.

A wonderful time that will leave a lingering creative spell for a long, long time. Hope to see you all and more next year!

You were missed, Alex. Dates for next year are June 19 - 22, 2014 and I am told some rooms are already booked. I am also working on a very special workshop guest, but want to hold off in case it doesn't work out. That will happen the 3 days prior to the gathering. the 16th - 18th. of June.

Thanks Bill will get these dates on the calendar for next year! Think you got my handle name mixed w Axle (the Canadian guy Alex). I'm Andy in Chicago (zsas)...yeah I know my Apug handle name makes not much sense - don't sweat getting it confused, Alex (Axle) and me Andy (zsas) both work in IT too...so keeping us straight online is no fun. Take care, sorry to have missed this year, but more to come, specially with your neat'o digs! Andy

Congrats Bill on another fun, inspiring, and successful Photostock...and the new building. I had a blast and it was great to finally meet some APUGrs I had only read about on the interwebs (Colin & The Banana, to mention two...). Looking forward to the 2014 version! -Marc

AND what was this image shot on? hmmm ???
I'll never tell. At lest we have Jamie Young's cirkut camera shot. The film looked great!
Haha, ya know you could have used some portra800 and gotten some fine group shots in that light... just sayin'

I wish someone could use an 8x10 or larger to photograph all the names on the wall (since not all of us will be able to afford to get there anytime soon) and then upload a full scan of the image so we can zoom in and find our name

I'll do that very soon. We had to do an edit of the list after the event, but I'm on it. Here is a link to the current list and layout. http://www.photostockfest.com/photos/workshop_dedication_plaque.pdf As soon as we're sure there are no mistakes, we'll finalize it in bronze. :smile:Thanks again!
