@PhxMedFormatPhotog IMO the most effective way to eliminate that sharpening artifact (white line) is to go over it with a very small Photoshop tool (sorry, can't remember its name...it darkens using bits of surrounding darker tones). This is a hassle with complex horizons but should be possible with enough care in this particular case. Would be easier with a pen/tablet but with enough patience and steady hand it can be done with a mouse.
Using regional Photoshop grain reduction you can minimize sky grain while leaving the single-exposure HDR in the rocks (which is the best part of your photo IMO)... in other words you can use two very different tools on the same file.
IMO the strength of this image is mostly in the rocks. If this was my image I'd also crop to take away half of the sky...
