Chemicals I get from Mavidon, Artcraft Chemicals and a local supplier. I've converted some film holders to wet plate myself and have a custom made wet plate holder by AWB Enterprises. Excellent holders are now being sold by Bill Schwab's North Light Workshops. A lot of the other odds and ends I've either made myself, bought on ebay or bought from other wet platers.
