LOL!!! The Bromoil Process has been around since 1907. And, before bromoil there was the oil process. It's hardly a matter of fiddling around with the contrast, but of replacing the silver halides in a B/W print with brush applied pigmented inks.
 
Wow Gene I was not a member of APUG when this came out.... Thanks to random image generator I get to see it! Well done. On a side note, I had 200 sheets of MCC118 show up on my doorstep yesterday :smile: kept frozen since 2005
