Another from a few rolls of film recently spent on a very rare freeze-up of a lake in a national park near my city.
No wind and snow meant the waters of Clear Lake froze to a mirror-like finish, fantastically smooth and crystal clear. I could see fish swimming 10 feet or more beneath my feet and the glass-like ice reflected the skies above...wondrous.

I rarely wish I had taken someone else's photograph, but this would be one I'd be very proud of! Just terrific!
 
What a beautiful rendering on screen of a black & white image.I think this was the first camping trip I went on with my dad as a child, nice memory :smile:
