Stradibarrius, i have overexposed by one stop which is very little by lith standards and this is supposed to give a contrasty print, but the contrast is controlled because there was an early snatch (before the blacks) after 15mns in the soup.
ps The shot was made in this whitish mist you have before it starts snowing again with absolutely no direct light.

That small tree in the background is wonderful, it echoes the bigger one , the hint of tree line is a very gentle touch , this has that fragile feel , funny what happens when stain replaces textures isn't it ...

I got tell you , with all the trees around here this takes it to another place , it's really not about trees at all is it!

Space, color and minimalism !
