This was a 15 sec / F8 exposure in combination with a 1 stop pull development (about 20% shorter development time), printed at grade 1. And 40 mm zoom.
I dodged the lower 1/4 th of the picture (where the bicycles are), by about 1/4 th of a stop, and burned in the lamp head by about 1.5 stop.
The light source behind the building was just a giant lamp post that happens to be there to illuminate the market square of Haarlem. No other major light sources nearby, the light on the building is primarily from the lamp post on the right, as it is a pretty dark corner in between the main cathedral to the right (not visible) and this building.
